Free Contractor Calculators
Material take offs and job pricing, worked out in your browser. Every one is free, none of them ask for an email, and most hand you a printable list at the end instead of just a number on a screen.
Material calculators
Work out how much to order, then take the material list with you.
Money calculators
Price the job, cover your overhead, and get paid what the work is worth.
Trade calculators
Sizing and spec work for the mechanical trades, where the method matters as much as the answer.
Why these end in a document
Every other calculator on the internet gives you a number and stops, which leaves you to copy it onto a scrap of paper and lose it somewhere between the truck and the supply house. These hand the answer over as a finished material list or estimate with your business details on it.
It is the same code that produces the invoice and estimate templates, so what you get is a real document rather than a printout of a web page.
Nothing you type leaves this site
There is no server doing the arithmetic. The calculation and the PDF both happen inside your browser, which means the dimensions of a customer's house, the price of their job and your own margins are never uploaded anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
If a number looks wrong
Every calculator lists its assumptions directly under the result, because most disagreements come from a waste factor or a coverage rate rather than from arithmetic. Read those first, then check the figure against your own supplier's coverage, which is the number that actually governs what you have to buy.
The same numbers as a printed chart
Every one of these calculators has been run hundreds of times at build time and the answers laid out as 30 reference charts: pitch against angle, slab size against bags, wall area against gallons, markup against margin. They print as one page PDFs for the truck door, and they are useful in the places a phone is not.
